What should I do while waiting for the truck?
Hazards on, pull as far right as possible, stay in the car with your seatbelt on if traffic is moving. Do not stand on the shoulder of a highway.
Do you handle accident scenes?
Yes — accident recovery. We coordinate with NYPD if needed and can bill most insurers directly.
Can you tow my car to my mechanic?
Yes. Your mechanic, your driveway, a dealer, a body shop — wherever you want it, within quoted mileage. Tell us the drop address when you text.
How far will you tow?
Local Queens tows included in the base rate. For long-distance to Long Island, NJ, CT, or PA, we quote by the mile.
Do you charge extra at night or on holidays?
No. Same flat rate 3am Sunday or 3pm Tuesday. No surprise surcharges.

Yes. Auto transport and long-distance towing to NJ, CT, PA, MA, and beyond. Open or enclosed trailer available.
Can you unlock my car?
Yes — lockout service is $75 flat. Damage-free entry on all makes, including electronic smart keys.

Yes — jump start service is $75 flat. Includes a quick battery and alternator check so you don't get stranded again a mile later.
Do I need to be with my car?
For a standard tow, yes — we need you to sign the release. For pre-scheduled pickups (auction cars, dealer transfers), we can arrange remote authorization.
Do you tow lowered cars?
Yes — flatbed with low-angle ramps. Tell us how low when you call so we send the right rig.
Do you tow AWD cars?
Always flatbed for AWD. All four wheels off the ground or you damage the drivetrain. No exceptions.
Can you help if I'm out of gas?
Yes — fuel delivery is $75. We bring 2 to 3 gallons to get you to the station.
Do you tow from parking garages?
Yes, within clearance limits. Tell us the garage name and the level when you call — some low-clearance garages need a specific rig.
What if my car is stuck (snow, mud, wedged against a curb)?
That's winching and recovery. Common in Queens after storms, or when a car slides on ice and gets wedged off-pavement. Starts at $150, quoted on the call.
Do you tow exotic cars?
Yes — exotic car towing with soft-tie straps only. Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, whatever it is.
Do you do commercial fleet accounts?
Yes — commercial towing with Net-30 invoicing for fleet accounts. Call to set up.
Can you deliver to a dealership?
Yes. Auto transport handles dealer deliveries, private sales, auction pickups, and relocations.
What's the difference between dolly and flatbed?
Dolly lifts two wheels. Flatbed lifts all four. Flatbed is mandatory for EVs, AWD, and lowered cars.
Can you help with a flat tire?
Yes — roadside tire change if your spare is good. If not, we tow you to a tire shop. $75 for the tire change.
